Family Receipe Friday - Grapefruit Salad

Just in time for summer.  This is a receipe from 1925

Dressing
1 tablespooon of lemon juice to
3 tablespoons of olive oil
add salt and pepper

Place grapefruit sections on lettuce leaves
Then pass the dressing for others to pour on.
